Hello Friends ~ I hope you are having or will have a great day. It has been a cold day here in Victoria today and strange as it may seem in the middle of November and Spring-time, there was actually snow near Melbourne, and at Ballarat, where it is always cold. I have a grand-daughter there at University.
Well, my friend came and helped me plant my green beanseedlings, and I also put in some seeds, so will have lots of green beans in a few weeks. She would not accept any payment for her help either. I do not mind paying people to do the things that I cannot do.
I have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow, but I have a card that says 2 pm so I don’t plan to go an hour early this time. Guess that was where I got the time wrong yesterday. Thanks to all who commented, as I have got behind, first with my visitor and then the computer shut down for a couple of hours.
Tonight I received an email from Jeanette so I thought that I would share it with you. It is called “Natural Highs.” We can all do wth some of those. Hope you enjoy.

Now for some jokes - - -
The following came from an anonymous Mother in Austin, Texas
Things I have learned from my boys - - honest :
A king size water bed holds enough water to fill a 2000 sq. ft. house 4 inches deep.
If you spray hair spray on dust bunnies and run over them with roller blades, they can ignite.
A 3 year old boy’s voice is louder than 200 adults in a crowded restaurant.
If you hook a dog leash over a ceiling fan, the motor is not strong enough to rotate a 42 pound boy wearing Batman under-wear and a Superman cape. It is strong enough, however, if tied to a paint can, to spread paint on all 4 walls of a 20x20ft room.
When you hear the toilet flush and the words “uh oh”, it’s already too late.
Brake fluid mixed with Clorox makes smoke, and lots of it.
A six year old boy can start a fire with a flint rock even though a 36 year old man says they can only do it in the movies.
Certain Lego pieces will pass through the digestive tract of a
4 year old boy.
Play dough and microwave should not be used in the same sentence.
Super glue is forever.
No matter how much Jell-O you put in a swimming pool you still
can’t walk on water.
Pool filters do not like Jell-O.
VCRs do not eject “PB & J” sandwiches even though TV commercials show they do.
Garbage bags do not make good parachutes.
Marbles in gas tanks make lots of noise.
Always look in the oven before you turn it on; plastic toys do not like ovens.
The spin cycle on the washing machine does not make earthworms dizzy.
It will however make cats dizzy.
Cats throw up twice their body weight when dizzy.
80% of men who read this will try mixing Clorox and brake fluid.
Those who pass this on to almost all of their friends, with or without boys do it because ;
a) For those with no children this is totally hysterical !
b) For those who already have children past this age, this is
hilarious.
c) For those who have children this age, this is not funny.
d) For those who have children nearing this age, this is a
warning.
e) For those who have not yet had chiildren, this is birth
control.

A cat died and went to heaven. God met her at the gates and said, “ You have been a good cat all these years. Anything you want is yours for the asking.”
The cat thought for minute and then said, “All my life I lived on a farm and slept on hard timber floors. I would like a really fluffy pillow to sleep on.”
Instantly the cat had a huge fluffy pillow. A few days later six
mice were killed in an accident and they went to heaven together. God met them at the gates with the same offer.
The mice said, “ Well we have had to run all our lives from cats, dogs and even people with brooms, if we could just have some little rollerskates, we would not have to run again.
God answered, “It is done.” All the mice had beautiful little roller-skates. About a week later, God decided to check on the cat. He found her sound asleep on her fluffy pillow.
“Is everything OK? How have you been doing? Are you happy?”
The cat replied : “Oh, it is so wonderful here. I have never been so happy in my life. The pillow is so fluffy, and those little
meals on wheels you have been sending over are delicious !! “

Lttle Johnny goes into a pet shop and asks the owner if he sells rabbits. “Certainly, son. Would you like a nice fluffy white rabbit, or a cuddly black one ?”
“Mister, I don’t think my pet python gives a damn.”

Meals on wheels, oh yeah. I liked the Irish toast. It is so true and the one by Thoreau is true as well. I could especially relate to #7, 9, and 10. My wife and I lived where rain did not come very frequently and one day while in the mountains it rained and rained hard. We pulled off the side of the road and spent the better part of an hour just listening to it hit the roof of the car.
natural High number 45. Reading your blog daily!!
Hugs my friend!!
