OK I think I'm done fiddlin' with Merle's template, just a couple of things; who prefers the background colour over the stark white one? does the text on the right impinge onto the photo (which is one of Merle's BTW) on your screens? (it doesn't on mine obviously or I would have changed it).... Thanks
Gum trees, clouds and sunset, how sweet it is.
This is a test post that I'm doing on Merle's blog (oh BTW its Peter here) to see how this new template works out for width.
Hope you like it Merle, it gives you more space I think, I won't be offended in ant way if you delete this post.

Love the photo and I like the template also. I have been doing some rearrange also. I picked a green color I loved but my Awards were cut off on the right side so I picked another green that gave me back all my space. Come on by and pick up your Award. BTW I love the one with God about Lawn Care. LOL. Peace
Looking good. I would keep it, at least for a while and see how it works for you. Anything new takes time to get use to using it.
We finally got all the mess and debris cleaned up from the remnants of Ike that went through Ohio on Sunday. Our neighbors across the street and up the block are still without electric.

thanks for your comments on Emily's party,, was a great night but cant take 5 in the morning bed,a few hrs sleep, then the drive home. It took a couple days to feel human again... Lol
Looks soooo nice, Merle! Such a fresh new look!!! I love the daisies in the photo! Kind of miss your wedding pic, though! But change is always good for the soul, or so I've been told. I'd keep it and see how it works for you. You can always change it later again.

I love the new look and the background colour is perfect. As for the header, Peter asked if the writing impinged on the picture...for me, the title starts onto the picture but it looks good anyway:-) xoxo

Everything looks fine to me, everything in its place and no over lapping. I think I would go with a bit of colour rather than just plain white. Bob.
